Stars Academy
Stars Academy is the development system for our club teams based off the principles set out by Volleyball Canada to encourage athletes to be prepared for all levels of their game. Our NCCP trained and certified coaches are ready to push all the kids and athletes to work hard, play hard and have fun.
Little Dippers (age 6-10)
This program is for young athletes to get introduced into the sport of volleyball. Kids will learn all their FUNdamental movements that will lay a foundation for delevoping their physical literacy. Basic concepts of the P.A.S.S. (Passing, Attacking, Setting, Serving) skills will be learned throughout the program. Every session will finish with a modified game focused on the skills they learned during that class.
Every Friday Oct 13 - Dec 15 (10 Sessions)
Time: 6:00-7:00pm (60min)

Cost: $250+hst
Rising Stars (age 11-14)
This program is for athletes who need a place to learn proper techniques for their basic P.A.S.S. skills and have a place to get a lot of contacts. Athletes will be starting to combine movements to replicate what will be done during game situation. Every session will finish with a modified game focused on the skills they learned during that class.

Time: 7:00-8:30pm (90min)

Cost: $350+hst
Shooting Stars (age 15-18)
Academy and Club athletes are welcome to this program to challenge themselves to reach the next level in their ability. There is a heavier focus on the complex movements around game play, but still a place to learn and refine their basic skills. Blocking, and Defence will also be introduced. Every session will finish with a modified game focused on the skills they learned during that class.
