Skills Clinics
Skill clinics are open to athletes both inside and outside of our club.
Galaxy Clinics
Each night will have 3 sessions (60min each) which will focus on a targeted skill or skill combos for example “passing” vs “pass to attack” athletes are welcome to attend 1 or all 3 session in a single night.
Session times:
1st Session 6:00-7:00pm
2nd Session 7:00-8:00pm
3rd Session 8:00-9:00pm
Class Passes:
1 class - $45
3 class - $125
5 class - $200
10 class - $375
when you purchase multiple classes you are welcome to come to any of the session any night and it will use one of your passes. There is no need to sign up for specific dates.
Location: MSGR Fraser (146 Isabella St)
Drive around to back of school and door will be open to walk directly into gym.

Dave Hamilton
Passing Clinic ft. Dave Hamilton
About Dave: Dave has coached with Galaxy for 4 years and has developed athletes to reach and surpass many of their goals. He will be focusing on proper body positioning, finishing pass, and footwork.
Nico Serratore
Hitting Clinic ft. Nico Serratore
About Nico: Nico will make sure athletes are properly transferring their approach into power, plus finding different ways to mix up your offence played in the NCAA for Syracuse as an Outside Attacker. She went nto play professionally in France for Istres Provence Volley. In 2018 she was the first overall draft pick in the Toronto Premier League, drafted by the Galaxy All-Stars.
Vivian Chan
Passing Clinic ft. Vivian Chan
About: Vivian (Viv) will go over basic and fundamental factors to become a more consistent and more technical passer. Viv played 5 years for the University of Toronto as their Libero, and currently plays for Connex in the 9-man league and on the Galaxy Prime Women’s team.
Samantha Ainsworth
Setting Clinic ft. Samantha Ainsworth
About: Samantha (Sam) will run through footwork, hand positioning and consistency. Everyone on the court needs to be able to set a ball in system or out of system. Sam played 4 years in the NCAA at Syracuse and Purdue. She then played overseas and now is playing on both the Galaxy women’s team and Galaxy All-Star pro team.
Serving Clinic
About: Paria Plantinga will be running the serving clinic where she will go over the fundamentals of serving: standing float, jump float, jump spin. Paria will work with small groups of only 3-4 kids per coach for 30 min time slots. Paria currently plays with Prime Volleyball Women’s team and the Galaxy All-Star pro team leading the team with serving aces.
